Homemaker Personal Care Services Through I/O Waiver, Self Waiver and Level One Waiver
Home To You is certified through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities to provide HPC services for the I/O waiver, Level 1 waiver, and Self Waiver. Home To You is also certified for Adult Shared Living Services.
HPC Transportation and Non-Medical Transportation
Home To You is certified to provide HPC Transportation and Non-Medical transportation. We currently have two wheelchair accessible vans and one nonmodified vehicle
First Aid and CPR Training
CPR and First Aid Together for Non-Licensed Individuals: $85
Heartsaver CPR: $40
First-Aid only: $50
BLS CPR Course: $45
Medication Administration Certifications Training
Medication Administration Certification 1 (14 hours) $100 per person
Oral and Topical Medication Administration and Health Related Activities
Medication Administration Certification 2 (4 hours) $45 per person
Administration of Medication and Nutrition via Gastronomy/Jejunostomy Tube
Related Activities
Medication Administration Certification 3 (4 hours) $45 per person
Administration of Insulin
Medication Certification 1 Renewal (2 hours) $35 per person
Medication Certification 2 or 3 Renewal (1 hours) $35 per person
All renewal trainings require at least 3 individuals needing renewal, unless otherwise agreed upon.
