Home To You proudly supports individuals with developmental disabilities throughout our community. Our goal is simple: to provide compassionate, respectful, person-centered support that helps each individual live the life they choose.

We understand that no two people are alike. Everyone has their own interests, goals, routines, abilities, and dreams. That is why our services are built around the individual—not the other way around.

What We Do

Home To You provides a variety of supports designed to help individuals be active, independent, and connected within their communities. Our services include:

• In-Home Supports – Helping individuals with everyday activities, personal goals, household routines, and building greater independence.

• Day Services – Providing meaningful activities, community involvement, social opportunities, skill development, and opportunities to explore personal interests.

• Transportation – Helping individuals get where they need to go safely, whether that means appointments, work, community activities, shopping, or spending time with friends and family.

• Community-Based Support – Encouraging individuals to participate in their communities, develop relationships, discover new interests, and experience life beyond their front door.

At Home To You, we don't simply provide a service. We build relationships. We take the time to get to know the people we support and learn what makes each person unique.
